On Tuesday 25 September 2012, Kementerian Pelancongan held Travel & Tour Enhancement Course (TTEC) at Kolej Sinar, Melaka. Travel & Tour Enhancement Course (TTEC) is a mandatory course that a travel agency must attend before their travel agency & tour operator business license can be renewed.

At 09.00Am, there was a registration session at the lobby at Kolej Sinar, and subsequently had their breakfast prepared by Kolej Sinar.

There were 3 speakers, each of them handled a different session. Participants were directors and managers of travel agencies and tour operators in southern zone, from Johor Bahru to Seremban. The participants gained a lot of useful information and network, ranging from new regulations to tips to manage travel agency & tour operator business. The speakers shared their experience with the participants and there were warm question and answer (Q & A) sessions.

The seminar which commenced at 09.15AM, ended at 05.00PM, with 4 breaks.
