For this Travel and Tour Enhancement Course (TTEC), each company must send at least 1 representative who is either :

1) Director

2) Chief Executive Officer

3) Manager / General Manager

Company must submit either Form 49 or Letter of Appointment ; (any one of these) to prove the position.

Time : 9.00am – 5.00pm
Venue : Kolej SInar, Melaka Raya

The module of the course which is a one day program is as follows:

Unit 1 : Aligning Your Business with MTTP ( Speaker from MOTOUR)
Unit 2 : Avoiding Common Licensing Offences ( Speaker from MOTOUR)
Unit 3 : Managing Your Clients; The legal Way
Unit 4 : Handling Tourism Safety, Health & Emergency Issues ( Government Speaker)
Unit 5 : Practicing Responsible Tourism

Speaker will be from Kementerian Pelancongan Malaysia.

Attendance for all 5 sessions are compulsory for each participants. Attendance will be recorded.

Upon completion of the 5 sessions, there will be 1 hour of test.

9.00am – 9.30am: Registration
9.30am – 5.00pm: Training Course
(1 Meal and 2 coffee break provided)
